What are the check-in and check-out times?

Cancellation fees are as follows:

On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
The day before: 100% of the accommodation fee
From 3 days before: 100% of the accommodation fee
From 7 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
No show/arrival without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee

Do you have air conditioning?

All dome tents are equipped with air conditioning.
Do you have facilities such as washrooms?

Yes, we have washrooms and toilets. Guests staying in dome tents can use the private open-air hot spring baths (with shower rooms).
Where can I make a reservation for the open-air baths?

If you wish to use the open-air baths, please inform the front desk of your desired time on the day of your stay. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
※ Please note that during busy times, you may not be able to bathe at your desired time.
Do you have parking?

We offer free parking spaces.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?

Yes, you are free to bring your own drinks and food.
Can we rent BBQ equipment?

For guests on the “Room Only Plan,” BBQ equipment is available as an optional rental for use in the BBQ area.

There is a supermarket approximately a 10-minute drive away.
