At Shakushiyama Gateway Camp - Mt. Shakushi Gateway Camp, the dinner included in our meal plans features a glamping BBQ centered on the premium “Koshu Fujizakura Pork,” as well as sukiyaki and shabu-shabu made with “Koshu Wine Beef.”
For breakfast, we offer scrambled eggs made from fresh local eggs, along with bread, salad, and more.
We also offer room-only plans without meals, so you can choose according to your preferred style of stay.

Shabu-shabu

Our shabu-shabu features two cuts of Fujizakura Pork: belly and loin. Enjoy the refined flavor of this local premium pork. For the finishing touch, savor Yoshida Udon, a specialty of Yamanashi, to fully enjoy the local taste.

Sukiyaki

Enjoy a sukiyaki hot pot made with Koshu Wine Beef. Savor the rich flavor unique to this local beef, nurtured in Yamanashi, Japan’s wine-producing region. The sauce is made with Yamanashi wine, allowing you to fully experience the taste of Yamanashi.
*Recipes for cooking will be provided on the day, allowing you to challenge authentic Italian cuisine.
